Job Opportunity: RN - EP Laboratory
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 06:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Job Description
As an EP Lab RN, you will assist the cardiology team in diagnosing and treating heart rhythm disorders during invasive procedures. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with rhythm management device implantation, ablations, and lead extractions
- Providing moderate sedation and hemodynamic monitoring
- Scrub assisting during procedures
- Performing cardioversions
- Delivering pre- and post-procedure patient care
Required Qualifications
Licensure
- Valid RN license in Ohio
Certifications
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Education
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
- Electrophysiology Lab experience

- Prior travel experience is not specified as required for this position.
- Temporary licenses are not accepted; permanent RN license required.
- Attestations are generally not accepted except for fingerprinting pending results.
- Some immunization boosters require follow-up titers after administration.
- Flu vaccine declination requires masking and completion of specific forms.
This role is ideal for experienced Cath Lab RNs comfortable with invasive cardiac procedures and comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced EP lab environment.
