Job Opportunity: Echo Technician (Per Diem, Days)

Location: Redding, California
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Shift: 3x12 hour shifts, open availability needed

Job Summary

Seeking an Echo Technician for per diem shifts with open availability.

Required Credentials & Compliance

• Licenses & Certifications:

  • Professional license/certification verification (primary source, updated within 30 days of start)
  • BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
  • Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport
  • Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (valid for 2 years)
  • DCI/BVP (Workplace Violence Prevention training)

• Health Requirements:

  • COVID-19 Vaccine: 2 doses plus booster or completed declination
  • MMR: Proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer
  • Hepatitis B vaccination (declinations not accepted)
  • Influenza Vaccine (or declination) required during flu season; declinations not accepted
  • TB Test within 1 year of start date
  • Varicella vaccination or immunity titer
  • Tdap vaccine as an adult (declinations not accepted)
  • Annual respirator fit test (must be completed prior to start if not available onsite)
  • Physical/Health Statement annually, stating clear to work

• Background & Screening:

  • National Criminal Background Check within 1 year of start
  • Prime Drug Screening: Minimum 10-panel test including THC saliva test (per California law) within 60 days of start
  • Prime Core Competencies Exam (minimum 80% score)
  • Prime Specialty Exam (minimum 80% score)
  • Prime Skills Checklist (does not expire on assignment)
  • Prime SAM/EPLS exclusion search

• Other Requirements:

  • Prime Agency Attestation (completed after all credentials uploaded)
  • Prime Badge Photo (clear headshot, JPEG)
  • Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification)
  • Prime Education Verification (diploma or transcripts if third-party verification unavailable)
  • Prime Job Description signed by employee
  • Two professional references required (one from a manager or direct supervisor)
  • Updated resume reflecting recent work history
