Job Opportunity: CT Technologist

Location: Columbus, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Shift: 2nd shift, 4x10s (Monday-Thursday 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM) or Monday-Friday 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Required Credentials & Compliance

• Fit Test (required before onboarding)
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) (required before onboarding)

  • Positive TB requires chest x-ray within last year (for MI, IN, CT, MA) or within 5 years for other regions
• COVID-19 Vaccine (proof of booster by Sept 2025, declination/exemption accepted except CA or IL)
• Influenza Vaccine (proof or declination/exemption accepted except CA or IL)
• 10 Panel Drug Screen (completed within 30 days of start)
• MMR (proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer)
• Hepatitis B (must have started vaccination series prior to start; titers not accepted)
• Varicella (proof of vaccination or IgG titer)
• Physical/Health Statement (exam within last year confirming fitness to work)

Professional Requirements

• Criminal Background Check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years, within 30 days of start)
• Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED verified)
• EPLS and GSA/OIG Exclusion Checks (within 30 days of start)
• NSO Check (within 30 days of start; includes statewide check for MI)
• Confidentiality, Conflict of Interest, Code of Conduct, Integrity and Audit Services Forms (signed and on file)
• System Access Form (completed and uploaded one week before start)
• Trinity Profile (resume, skills checklist within a year, 2 professional references)
• Trinity Skills Checklist (provided by agency for clinical contractors)
• Trinity Joint Commission CORE Exam (within one year)
• Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing (specialty exam within one year)
• I9 Verification (completed by agency)
• License/Certificate Verification (dated within 30 days of start, state verification required)
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association, current with front and back images)
• Color Vision Test (required)

Summary

This is a 13-week CT Technologist contract position on the 2nd shift in Columbus, Ohio.
