Home Health Physical Therapist

Overview

• Permanent, full-time role in home health
• Day shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
• Location: Fort Dodge, Iowa
• Department: SN Visits- HC- FD

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
• Valid Physical Therapist license in Iowa
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• One year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in supervisory roles

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of current, frequently used medications, including modes of administration, actions, and side effects
• Ability to perform physical therapy assessment and treatment in the home setting without direct supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as a collaborative team member
• Ability to understand and apply guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Ability to navigate and perform basic use of Microsoft Office products
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive safely in all weather and at all hours
