Contract Length: 13 weeks

Provide nursing care for patients before, during, and after electrophysiology procedures.
Care for patients undergoing structural heart procedures (including Watchman), lead extractions, ablations, vascular and electrophysiology pacemaker/device procedures.
Responsibilities include pre-procedure assessment, pre-medication, documentation of procedural process, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, mapping, post-procedure care, and patient education.
Circulate and assist during cases, including sterile dropping of procedural supplies on tray, scrubbing in, and running for supplies.
Record all pertinent information on appropriate data sheets.
Assist Radiologic Technologists in circulating cases and sterile dropping of procedural supplies.

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan.
Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology nursing experience, including experience within the last year.
Invasive imaging experience.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

Electronic Medical Record system used: Epic.
Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility (local candidates will not be considered).
