Schedule

• Day shift, 5x8 hours
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• No regular weekend requirement

Setting and Coverage

• Home Health
• Primary coverage is Baltimore City with support for Baltimore County
• Traveler must be comfortable traveling throughout the assigned service area to complete home visits
• Adult and geriatric patient population

Visit Expectations

• Approximately 6 visits per day
• 30 points per week productivity expectation

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Maryland
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
• One completed travel assignment
• BLS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• Home Health Physical Therapy experience
• Experience with OASIS
• Gait training, mobility, transfers, assistive devices, and home exercise programs experience
• Orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation experience

Experience / Skills

• Comfortable completing assessments, evaluations, reassessments, plans of care, and discharge documentation
• Experience with patient/family education, safety, and injury prevention

• First-timers are not accepted
• One pre-approved time-off request is permitted per contract
