Day shift, 5x8 hours
Monday–Friday, with some flexibility
40 guaranteed hours per week

Daily point expectation: 7–8
Phone interview
Locals accepted at the same rate
Charting system: Perfect Notefield (training provided)

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Required Documents and Health Requirements

Government-issued photo ID
Emergency contact form before start
Personal or auto insurance
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
Drug screen within 1 year of start
Flu vaccination or declination during flu season
Proof of immunity or vaccination documentation for measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella, as specified by birth year and test/vaccine history
Background check within 1 year of start
EPLS/GSA/SAM screening annually
HHS/OIG screening annually
Skills checklist annually
