Overview
- Travel/Contract assignment in San Diego, California
- 13-week contract
- Day shift: 4x12 hours, 7:00–19:30
- Open to 3x12 or 4x12
Required Qualifications
- Valid California RN license
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Stepdown experience with 2 years of experience
- Stepdown experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI
- NIHSS
- Experience with Epic
- Experience with Cerner
Schedule / Float Scope
- Required to float down and across the organization to like units or lower-acuity units as needed, excluding the ED
- Work 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week cycle
- Work at least one holiday, including the holiday weekend
Compliance / Health Requirements
- Proof of W-4 on file
- 7-year criminal background check
- HHS/OIG check
- Physical exam within 12 months of start
- N95 fit test within 1 year of start
- Tdap vaccination
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months of start
- Rubeola, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity/vaccination documentation
- Hepatitis B vaccination series, titer, or signed declination
- 9-panel drug screen within 1 year of start
- Flu vaccination or flu declination
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption

Additional Notes
- OR and L&D scrubs are provided by the facility
- EPIC or Cerner experience of 6 months or more is expected; less than 6 months may result in auto-cancel for RNs
