Overview

Travel/contract role
Location: Escondido, California
Shift: Day, 5x8 hours
Hours per week: 40
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid California RN license
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS issued by the American Heart Association
2 years of Acute Care Case Management experience
Acute Care Case Management experience within the last year
Experience in an inpatient setting
1 year or more of total travel experience
Driver's License

Additional Requirements

Drivers license or state ID with address and front/back copy
2 references from a manager, supervisor, or charge RN within the past 3 years
Employment application
Skills checklist, updated annually
Badge photo with white background and shoulders included; selfie photos not accepted
Online orientation required before start
Flu declination form must be completed and signed before start
Physical exam or statement of health within 1 year of start, updated annually
Fit mask within 12 months of start
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start, updated annually
Drug screen within 30 days prior to start
Medical and employee information release form
Flu vaccination documentation or declination for flu season
COVID vaccination is preferred; declination required if unvaccinated
