Location: Columbus, Georgia
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Provide nursing care to adult through geriatric patients with general medical, surgical, renal, and bariatric needs.
Unit offers telemetry services.
Patient ratio approximately 1:5-6 with 33 beds and average daily census of 20.
Work setting uses Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR systems.
Night shift: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (18:45 to 7:15).
Floating required within facility and to a sister campus as needed.
Weekend schedule: every other weekend.
Call not required.
Holiday work expected if major holidays fall during assignment (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year’s Eve/Day).

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia.
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
