Overview

• Travel/contract RN role in Manchester, New Hampshire
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• No Thanksgiving RTO

Role Details

• Assigned to the ED unit to care for inpatient/CICU level holds in the ED
• Team-based care model with floating to similar units as needed
• May assist with patient sitting
• Weekend requirement: every other weekend

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New Hampshire
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
• ACLS
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• PALS
• TNCC
• MAB
• CPI
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred

• ED experience

Clinical Scope

• Common patient types include chest pain, syncope, heart failure, sepsis, overdose, GI bleed, COPD, and pneumonia
• May also see medical, surgical, trauma, oncology, and orthopedic overflow patients
• Additional cases include post-cath with stent only, ICD/pacer insertions, and cardioversions
