Day shift: 3x12 hours, 6:45–19:15
36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Carolina
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
Orthopedics experience
IV Start
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS

Preferred Qualifications

ACLS
Charge Nurse Experience
Level I Trauma Experience

Unit Details

Med-surg unit
Patient population includes Orthopedic, Neuro spine, Med-surg, and Post-surgical
Average daily census: 37
39 rooms / 39 beds
Fast-paced unit

Scheduling and Assignment Details

No call required
Every other weekend required
Travelers may be required to float to any other med surg unit within the facility based on staffing needs
RTO after booking is not allowed
Up to 7 days max RTO for auto offer
No holiday RTO approved
Contract accepted up to February 27, 2027

Clinical Notes

Ortho and spine patients require nurses who can stay on top of pain management
COVID patients are cared for on all units unless they are in ICU
