Radiation Oncology Therapist

Overview

Travel assignment in La Crosse, Wisconsin
13-week contract
Start date: ASAP
Guaranteed hours: 40 per week
Shift: 8-hour days, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Primary location: Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center
Float requirements: None
On-call/call-back requirements: None
Weekend/holiday requirements: None

Required Qualifications

ARRT (RT)
AHA BLS
3-5+ years of radiation therapy experience

Preferred

Epic charting experience

Unit and Clinical Details

Unit overview: 3 Varian TrueBeam Linacs
Patient ratio: 20 patients per TrueBeam
Primary case/procedure types: All external beam treatments
Desired skillset: Varian TrueBeam and ARIA

Additional Notes

Traveler chooses scrubs
Set hours are guaranteed except during holidays when the unit is closed
Orientation week is not guaranteed
Candidate must start the medical portion of compliance within 48 hours of accepted offer, or within 24 hours for a quick start
