Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Indiana
Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS
Outpatient orthopedic experience
Post-operative knee, hip, and shoulder experience
Low back and neck pain experience

Preferred Qualifications

Manual therapy experience

Equipment used: E-stim, Hivamat, laser, Alter G, Vector
