Job Overview

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Florida
• OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
• OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Robotics experience

Schedule Details

• On-call required
• Rotating weekends
• On-call frequency: 6–8 shifts per month
• Weeknight call: 5pm–6:30am
• Weekend call: 24-hour shift on Saturday or Sunday, 7a–7a

Role Summary

• Operating room RN responsible for patient care in the OR
• Works with surgeons, anesthesiologists, ORT staff, and other personnel
• Duties include supply preparation, case timeliness, family communication, updating physician preference cards, scrubbing and assisting during surgical cases, and supervising personnel delivering patient care
