Occupational Therapist (OT) - Travel Position

Location: Atlantis, Florida
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36 hours (5 days/week, 8-hour shifts)


Unit and Work Environment

  • Unit: Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit (42 beds, newly established)
  • Equipment: Therapy equipment, new technology available
  • Documentation System: Meditech
  • Floating Policy: Primarily within the Inpatient Rehab Unit
  • Patient Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in acute care, SNF, or inpatient rehab required
  • Dress Code: Grey scrubs

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in Florida
  • Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of experience, including experience within the last year
  • BLS certification
  • OTR Certification
  • Experience in Acute Care, Post Acute, and Rehabilitation settings

Additional Information

  • Procedures: One-on-one therapy sessions
  • Work setting offers a brand new unit with updated equipment and technology
  • Team has experienced staff with tenure in the unit

This position is a travel assignment.
