Echo Tech (Echocardiology Technician) - Travel Position

Location: Bullhead City, Arizona
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Perform electrocardiograms (EKGs) and Holter monitor hookups and scanning.
• Edit and file all EKG recordings and cardiology records.
• Ensure appropriate billing of charges.
• May be required to float to other areas as needed.
• Call required 3-4 nights per week.
• Work 36 hours per week guaranteed.

Work Schedule Options

• Option 1: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Option 2: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
• Indicate shift preference when applying.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Echo Technician within the last year.
• RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) or CCI (Cardiovascular Credentialing International) certification.

Additional Information

• Scrub color: Black
• Electronic Medical Record system used: CARDIO PAC
• No option for 48-hour guarantee or block scheduling.
• No blackout dates or required holidays for time off.
• Maximum time off allowed: 1 week.
