Registered Nurse (ICU) - Travel Position
Location: Las Cruces, New Mexico
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36
Job Description
- Provide nursing care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting.
- Position is travel assignment; candidates must reside 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify as travel.
- Orientation occurs weekly on Mondays.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico.
- Minimum 2 years of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) nursing experience, with at least some experience within the last year.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Certifications:
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification
- Must complete fingerprinting and background check as required by New Mexico Department of Health.
- May start on a 14-day waiver period while background check is pending but must be supervised during this time.

- Facility is Joint Commission Accredited and a Certified Primary Stroke Center.
- Located in a region with year-round sunshine and numerous outdoor recreational opportunities.
