Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Position

Location: Crawfordsville, Indiana
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 16 weeks

Position Details

• Specialty: Physical Therapy (Primarily Outpatient, ~5-10% Inpatient)
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed
• Weekend Shifts: None
• Call Requirements: None
• Float Requirements: None

Unit Information

• Number of Beds: 29
• Patient Ratios: 1:1
• Patient Population:

  • Outpatients (~70% orthopedic diagnoses)
  • Inpatients: Medical/Surgical and ICU (no ventilators)
• Equipment Used: Hivamat, Ultrasound (US), Electrical Stimulation (E-stim), Bits, Laser
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Epic

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Indiana
• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
• Experience in an Outpatient setting
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with manual therapy techniques

• Dress Code: Charcoal grey scrubs required; denim is not acceptable

• Candidate must complete any HR-assigned education modules prior to the first day
