Job Summary
- Backfill position for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Weekly hours: 36
- No call or weekend requirements
Unit Information
- Unit has 72 beds
- Staffing: 1 Nuclear Med Tech on day shift; no night shift staff for this role
- Equipment used: Siemens imaging systems
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Meditech and Synapse
- Permanent positions available on the unit
- Unit atmosphere described as family-oriented
Typical Procedures
- Stress Tests
- PYP scans
- HIDA scans
Required Qualifications
- Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in Texas
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
- ARRT (N) Certification (Nuclear Medicine)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Cardiac Nuclear Medicine procedures

- Olive green scrub tops
