MRI Tech Travel Opportunity
Location: Richmond, Virginia
Employment Type: Travel
Job Details
- Shift: Evenings (1pm - 9:30pm)
- Unit Info:
- 2 MRI scanners (3T and 1.5T)
- Staff: 3 full-time, 3 PRN; fully staffed = 6 total
- Day Shift: 2 techs (6:30am-3:00pm & 7:30am-4:00pm) + 1 PRN (3 days/week, 8am-1pm)
- Night Shift: 2 techs (1pm-9:30pm)
- Weekend Shift: 1 tech (12-hour shift, 7am-7pm)
- Patient Volume: 15-20 scans per day
- Equipment: EMR – Meditech / GE Centricity PACS
Requirements
- Certifications:
- ARRT (MR) Certification
- BLS Certification
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years current MRI experience (highest required)
- Preferred Skills:
- Siemens MRI experience preferred
- Typical Procedures:
- Abdomen, breast biopsies, head, spine, brain, radiation planning, extremities
