Job Opportunity: RN (Registered Nurse) – Med Surg (Medical Surgical)

Location: Winslow, Arizona
Facility Type: Small rural hospital
Specialty: Medical Surgical (Med Surg)
Shift: Nights (3 shifts of 12 hours each)
Schedule: At least 2 weekends per month (may vary)
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Med Surg
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS required
• Preferred Experience:

  • Pediatrics experience strongly preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience in a small facility helpful
  • Cerner experience preferred
• Additional Skills:

  • Experience with advanced life support
  • Wide scope of experience with diagnoses
• Other:

  • Must be willing to take COVID rule outs
  • Patient ratios range from 1:4 up to 1:6 depending on acuity

Notes

• Night shift position starting July 8
• Hospital housing provided in nearby modular home (no pets or significant others allowed)
• Patient population includes a wide range of ages, including pediatrics
