Emergency Room RN

Location

• Grand Rapids, Minnesota

Contract

• 13 weeks
• 12-hour shifts
• 36 hours per week
• Day, evening, and night rotation
• May be scheduled or floated to ICU

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Minnesota
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Critical Care Float experience with 2 years of experience
• Critical Care Float experience within the last year
• ER - Emergency Department experience
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
• NIHSS
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS or ENPC
• TNCC or CALS

Job Details

• Small rural hospital
• 10-bed ER and 4-bed ICU
• Level 3 trauma designated facility
• Acute Stroke Ready Hospital
• Handles a wide patient age range, from newborn to 101 years old
• ICU care includes arterial line cases, CVP interventions, BiPAP, and ventilators
• Cath lab cases are transferred out
