UNIT:  OR RN MGR INTERVIEWUnit Specific: 3 ORs and 1 endoscopy room Required skills: ortho and general cases on call for  ortho- Total knee, hip, shoulder, ORIFs, many hip fractures, I&amp;Ds, General- lap appy, lap chole, lap hernia, EGD/ Colonoscopy, Lesion removals, lumpectomy, hemorrhoidectomy, OB/GYN- hysteroscopy, hysterectomy, lap salpingectomy, Eyes- cataract removal, podiatry- bunionectomy,  Float Requirements: Candidates will be expected to work in pre-op, PACU, endoscopy, and circulate cases.Required Certifications: BLS (ARC or AHA), ACLS (AHA or ARC) and MI RN license.Required Education: ADN or BSNMinimum Experience: 2+ years’ experience.  Strong circulating experience. PACU experience preferred. Pre/post- op REQUIREDOn Call/Call-Back: 1-2x per week from end of shift to 0700 the next day. Weekend/Holiday: occasional weekend call – Friday, Saturday and Sun through 0700 on Monday. No holiday shifts, but holiday call is required.
