Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

Location: Grand Island, Nebraska
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
Shift: Days
Hours: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week (Sunday through Saturday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday

Job Details

Work setting: Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF)
No on-call or call-back responsibilities
Guaranteed minimum hours: 36 hours per week for 12-hour shifts
Local placement within an 80-mile radius

Required Qualifications

Valid LPN / LVN license in Nebraska
Minimum of 2 years of Long Term Care experience, including experience within the last year
BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification

Additional Information

A $500 fee applies if the clinician cancels or quits with less than 14 days’ notice
Workweek includes every other weekend and holiday coverage
No charge differential for shifts at this facility
