Travel contract in California, San Luis Obispo.
13-week assignment.
8-hour day shifts.

Unit Details

OR unit with 7 OR suites.
About 15-20 cases per day.
Floating: no.

Required Qualifications

2 full years of OR experience.
Active BLS.
CST.

Preferred

Travel experience.
Scrubbing is preferred for RN's.

Additional Notes

Common cases include high-volume ortho, total joints, general, gyn, peds, and eyes; travelers will not be put in on cardiac cases.
Weekend requirement for CST's: one weekend of call per month.
Call requirement for CST's: 1 call night per week.
Call response time: 30 minutes.
Holidays are only required in emergencies.
Scrubs are provided.
Cerner Surginet is used.
RT is available 24/7.
Pharmacy is not available 24/7.
