Contract Length

  • 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years recent Medical Surgical experience in a larger hospital (200 beds minimum) and a level 2 or higher trauma center
  • BLS (AHA)
  • Active ND or Compact RN license
  • EPIC experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Surgical oncology experience

Assignment Details

  • 47-bed department
  • Home unit is 5SE; may float to any med/surg unit on any campus
  • 12-hour shifts, every other weekend, every other holiday
  • Day/night rotate

Clinical Focus

  • Medical Surgical patients
  • Surgical Oncology patients

Unit Equipment / Systems

  • Epic
  • AccuDose
  • Bladder Scanner
  • Phillips monitors
  • Telemetry

Additional Notes

  • Travel experience required unless the clinician has multiple years of experience in a large level 1 experience
  • Cannot take travelers living within 60 miles of the facility
  • Local travel rate applies for those living 60 to 80 miles away
  • Clinician must badge in and out
  • Navy blue scrubs
  • If the clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health, this must be noted in the submission; prior Sanford Health clinicians must have an end date at least 6 months before submission
  • Manager will reach out directly to interview prior to offering
