8 hours per day, 5 days per week
Day shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, or based on patient care needs
On-call/weekend coverage: 1 weekend per month and 1 day per week

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Illinois
Home Health experience within the last year
1 year of Home Health experience
BLS
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
