Overview

• Shift: 19:00 - 07:30
• Schedule note: ICU nurses should be willing to float to MST if needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in California
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• BLS
• ACLS
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
• Experience in an Acute Care setting
• Driver's License
• Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

• CCRN certification
• EPIC EMR experience

Onboarding Requirements

• COVID-19 vaccination/booster documentation or declination
• MMR immunity documentation
• Annual respirator fit test
• Hepatitis B immunity documentation or declination
• Influenza vaccine or declination
• TB test within 1 year of start date
• Government-issued ID
• Varicella immunity documentation
• Tdap documentation
• Physical/health statement confirming clear to work
• National criminal background check within 1 year of start date
• Prime OIG screening
• Core competencies exam with a score of 80% or higher
• Skills checklist
• Color-blind test
• Agency attestation
• SAM/EPLS exclusion search
• Form I-9
• Specialty exam with a score of 80% or higher
• Signed current job description
• Drug screening within 60 days of start date
• Resume
• 2 references, including 1 from a manager or direct leader/supervisor

• The role includes direct patient care in the ICU and communication with physicians regarding changes in patient condition
