Step Down RN

Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Shift: 07:00 - 19:30
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• Stepdown (1 year of experience)
• Stepdown experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License
• Vascular Surgery experience

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

• 2-step TB test or IGRA (QuantiFERON/T-Spot), with negative reads within the last 6 months
• Influenza vaccine documentation required from October through March, or completion of the required masking and influenza declination forms if declining
• Criminal background check within 6 months of start
• OIG search within 6 months prior to start
• SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC screening within 6 months prior to start
• Drug screen within 60 days of start
• Required safety and compliance training modules completed before clearance
• Badge photo upload

Notes

• If TB test is positive, a clear chest x-ray and current TB questionnaire are required
• Chest x-rays are valid for 5 years
• Drug screen must be a lab report; instant drug screens are not allowed
• If there is a break in assignment greater than 60 days, a new 10-panel drug screen is required
• If the candidate has not lived in the United States for the past 5 years, an international background check is required
• For Ohio residents, a national database criminal background check may be needed to meet fingerprint requirements
