Schedule

• Call requirement includes 5 weekday shifts of 16 hours each and 2 full weekends of 48 hours each per 4-week schedule.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Illinois
• CVOR experience within the last year
• 1 year of CVOR experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License
