Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Florida
Med Surg (1 year of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
1 year or more of total travel experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License

Onboarding / Compliance

Ascension Color Vision completed prior to start and updated every 3 years
Ascension Core Competencies completed within a year of start and updated every 3 years
Ascension EKG Exam passing score of at least 80% with only two attempts permitted; updated every 3 years
Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation
Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding
Ascension Nova StatStrip required annually
Ascension Cerner Test-Out
Ascension Badge Photo
COVID-19 Vaccine fully vaccinated; no declinations accepted
MMR documented proof of two vaccines or positive IGG titer; no declinations accepted
Fit Test required for all travelers; updated annually
