Job Opportunity: Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist (Temp, Nights)

Location: Brattleboro, Vermont

Position Overview

• Responsible for patient care and safety during CT exams
• Operation and maintenance of CT equipment
• Maintaining CT records and scheduling
• Work under the direction of the Director of Radiology and Chief Radiologist

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years (24 months) of current CT and X-Ray experience in a hospital setting (highest required experience)
• Graduate of a formal AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology (required)
• Flu vaccination required (status must be included in submission notes)
• COVID vaccination preferred but not required (include status if vaccinated)
• Prior travel experience is highly preferred but not required

Additional Requirements

• Resume submission required
• Skills checklist specific to the discipline within the last year required
• Two supervisory references from the last 2 years of employment required
• Certifications preferred (do not need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain)

Work Environment

• Rural area with limited housing and public transportation options; candidates should plan accordingly
• Department offers 24/7 services including diagnostic radiology, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, CT, interventional radiography, MRI, bone density, and mammography
• Radiology team includes licensed technologists, certified nuclear medicine technologists, secretarial staff, and licensed radiologists

• Cancellation policy allows up to 3 shift cancellations per 13 weeks
