Develop treatment plans to improve swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities, and to reduce aspiration risks.
Create communication treatment plans to enhance both the individual's ability to be understood and to understand others.
Lead, guide, and direct the delivery of speech language pathology services in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as facility policies.
Provide appropriate care and services to residents in a long-term care setting.
