Job Description

• Develop treatment plans to improve swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities, and to decrease aspirations.
• Create communication treatment plans that help individuals both express themselves better and understand others.
• Lead, guide, and direct the delivery of speech language pathology and audiology services in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, standards, and facility policies.
• Provide appropriate care and services to residents.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Texas
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Experience as a Speech Language Pathologist within the last year

Additional Information

• Facility provides short-term rehabilitation services.
• Medium-sized facility with approximately 102 beds.
