Location: Worcester, Massachusetts

Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Massachusetts
- Speech Language Pathologist (1 year of experience)
- Speech Language Pathologist experience within the last year
- CCC
- Experience in a(n) Long Term Care or Rehabilitation setting
Role Overview
- Screens, evaluates, and rehabilitates patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
- Develops and adjusts plans of care based on patient progress and outcomes
- Provides consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers
- Communicates with the supervisor and other health team members about patient progress, barriers, and treatment plans
- Documents required clinical information and treatment minutes in the electronic documentation system
- Participates in required meetings, trainings, in-services, and conferences
- Can supervise and support CFY or student Speech-Language Pathologists
- Follows ASHA and state practice acts, code of conduct, and ethics
