Job Description

• Work in a hybrid OR room (1 hybrid room located in CT OR) with a CT surgeon for hybrid heart cases (not cath lab or IR).
• Must have advanced modality skills: scrub, hand wires during cases, run the table, layer 3D images.
• Experience with EVAR (Endovascular Aneurysm Repair) and TAVR (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement) procedures required.
• Hybrid OR experience is essential.
• Siemens equipment experience required.
• Shift: 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts (06:30 - 15:00).
• Weekend requirement: every other weekend.
• On-call required (details to be discussed during interview).
• Floating: Yes, within service line and scope, but no floating to sister facilities.
• Locals not accepted (must be outside 75-mile radius).
• Pending state license accepted.
• Return to office restrictions: 7 days off per 13-week contract.

Certifications Required

• BLS (Basic Life Support) - required
• AART/CCI certification - required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - preferred
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred

Compliance & Background Requirements

• Government-issued ID required.
• Criminal background check within 6 months required (7-year search including statewide and nationwide).
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required quarterly.
• Education verification required (highest education related to profession).
• State license primary source verification required.
• NURSYS verification required for Missouri licenses.
• Drug testing required within 1 year of start, must include specific panels and be valid throughout assignment.
• Physical exam required within 1 year of start.
• Fit mask test required and must be renewed annually.
• Immunizations/vaccinations required: Tdap, TB test or equivalent, MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella), Varicella, Flu seasonal vaccination (or exemption).
• Various facility-specific documents and acknowledgments (HIPAA, confidentiality, hand hygiene, dress code, etc.) must be completed prior to start.
