Must provide a current, color driver’s license or state ID
Must complete 2 supervisory references
Must have 7 years of work history with no unexplained gaps over 30 days
Must submit a unit-specific skills checklist from within the last year
Must complete required background check, drug screen, physical exam, TB screening, flu documentation, and other onboarding health documents before start

Holiday time off requests during listed holiday periods will not be accommodated
Local candidates are considered within 75 miles of the facility

Candidate may speak with the CNO before accepting or before starting
This role is based at the downtown Knoxville location and requires floating to other sites as needed
