Job Overview

Required Qualifications

• Ultrasound Technologist (1 year of experience)
• Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Driver's License

Pre-Start Requirements

• 7-year criminal background check within 30 days of start, updated annually
• Education verification by third-party source for the highest level of education
• EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG, and OFAC checks required within 30 days of start and updated monthly
• Fit test required for all clinical positions within 1 year of start; PAPR allowed
• Physical exam within 1 year of start, updated annually
• Negative TB screening or chest X-ray within 12 months of start
• TB questionnaire required
• Drug screen within 30 days prior to start, updated annually
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption required by facility policy
• COVID vaccination is strongly preferred; declination is acceptable
• Tdap required for ER, Respiratory Care, OB/GYN, Newborn Nursery, NICU, PICU, Labor/Delivery, and LDRP roles
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity or vaccination documentation required
• Hepatitis A documentation required for pediatric/PICU positions and caregivers at certain campuses
• References, skills checklist, employment application, and work history verification must be completed before start

Facility Onboarding

• Patient care orientation class required for RNs
• HealthStream modules completed on site
• Vehicle information form required before start
• Policy, confidentiality, ethics, drug-free workplace, Oklahoma offender registration, and Oklahoma medical treatment law acknowledgments required before start
