Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Gardner, Massachusetts
- 13-week assignment
- 36 hours per week, 3x12 shifts
- Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- No call requirement
- No float requirement
- Every other weekend and every other holiday required
- Unit orientation includes 2 twelve-hour shifts in the ICU with a preceptor
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
- NRP
- TNCC
- MA Statewide (iCORI) Release
- Massachusetts Statewide iCORI Clearance (Attestation)
- Background check
- EPLS/GSA/SAM
- HHS/OIG
- Education verification or official transcript
- Photo for badge
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit mask within 1 year of start
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- TB questionnaire
- Rubeola immunity or 2 MMR vaccines
- Mumps immunity or 2 MMR vaccines
- Rubella immunity or 2 MMR vaccines
- Hepatitis B immunity or HepB series
- Varicella immunity or 2 Varicella vaccines
- Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
