Overview

  • Travel/Contract assignment in Auburn, New York
  • ASAP start
  • 13-week contract
  • Day shift: 4x10 hours, 8:00–18:30
  • 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in New York
  • Cath Lab Technologist (2 years of experience)
  • Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
  • ARRT or RCIS
  • Unexpired government-issued photo ID
  • Background check within 1 year of start covering all locations lived, worked, or attended school for the past 7 years, with annual updates
  • EPLS/GSA/SAM clearance prior to facility start
  • HHS/OIG clearance prior to facility start
  • Orientation Safety Manual acknowledgement
  • National certification/verification prior to facility start and upon expiration, as applicable by profession and state
  • State license verification prior to facility start and upon expiration, as applicable by profession
  • Nursys verification prior to facility start, as applicable by profession
  • Medication test/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable by profession
  • Competency exam, as applicable to profession/specialty
  • Conscious sedation competency exam
  • Candidate must review and sign the code of conduct
  • Candidate must review and sign the patient abuse reporting document
  • Candidate must review and sign the confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement
  • Candidate must review, complete the self-study orientation quiz, and sign acknowledgements
  • Automated dispensing cabinet security completion for Pyxis access
  • Annual tuberculosis screening questionnaire within 12 months of start and updated annually
  • Full physical exam within 12 months of start, signed by a licensed provider, stating the employee is able to perform job duties
  • Fit test within 12 months of start and updated annually
  • Tetanus/diphtheria/Tdap within the last 10 years or declination
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
  • Measles immunity
  • Rubella immunity
  • Hepatitis B series, titer, or signed declination
  • Varicella vaccination, positive titer, or physician-documented history of disease
  • 9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
  • Flu vaccine or declination during flu season
