Shift: 3x12 variable schedule, with a minimum of 50–70% night shifts
Weekend requirement: Every team member works an equitable number of weekend shifts per schedule period
Floating: 0–3 times per month; floating duties may include helping hands, sitter/camera watching, or CNA-type work
Scrub color: Royal Blue

Manager will consider a variable shift
Start date may be delayed by compliance timing, especially if an Alaska license is pending

Hepatitis B documentation or declination
Tdap documentation or declination
MMR immunity documentation or declination
Varicella immunity documentation or declination
Flu vaccine documentation or declination during flu season
COVID and flu exemption forms may be required if declining vaccines for approved reasons

All floating from OB is as helping hands, sitter/camera watching, or CNA-type work
Royal blue scrubs are required
