Day shift, 5x8 hours, 7:00 to 18:00 (40 hours per week)
4x10 block scheduling available for the right candidate, but must work Saturdays
Weekend requirement: No
RTO restrictions: No more than 7 days

Valid Mammography Technologist license in California
Mammography Technologist with 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year

Background: Check within 90 days of start covering all locations lived or worked in the past 7 years, updated annually. Also requires SSN trace, death master index, county and nationwide searches, national sex offender search, FACIS Level 3, education verification, and MVR if applicable.
Exclusion screening: EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG searches within 30 days of start, updated monthly
Drug screen: 9-panel drug screen within 12 months of start (instant tests accepted)
Physical exam: Within 1 year of start, signed by an MD, NP, PA, or DO, stating the candidate is free of infectious disease and able to work with or without accommodation
TB: IGRA/TSPOT, QuantiFERON, or 2 PPDs within 12 months of start (or proof of past positive TB and a chest X-ray if applicable)
Measles, mumps, rubella: 2 MMR doses at least 28 days apart, or positive titer
Hepatitis B: Signed declination, or proof of positive titer and vaccination
Varicella: 2 doses or positive titer
Tdap: Within 10 years (declination accepted)
Flu: Vaccine or declination required during flu season
COVID: Vaccination record preferred; declination not required
Fit mask: Required for travel (fit test completed onsite if no valid record within 1 year)
RespSafety clearance: Required for travel, renewed annually
Application: Must cover at least the last 5 years of employment
References: 2 references covering 1 year of employment in the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting

Annual regulatory modules via the facility's learning system (about 3.5 hours)
May be required to float to another facility within a reasonable distance; float policy acknowledgment required
Badge photo required (passport style, neutral background)
