Behavioral Health Registered Nurse Travel/Contract Position

Location: Lebanon, Indiana
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Specialty: Geriatric Psychiatric Behavioral Health
• Shift: Day shift, 3 shifts of 12 hours each (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
• Work Days: Saturday through Monday (3 days/week)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Weekend Requirement: Every weekend required
• Holiday Requirement: Rotation required for approximately 3 of the 6 major holidays
• Floating: Floating to like units may be required within scope of practice
• Call Requirement: None

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana
• Minimum of 1 year of psychiatric nursing experience, with experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

• Parking: Free
• Locals accepted; travelers living within 50 miles considered local
• No call responsibilities
• Floating may be required to meet facility needs

Compliance and Documentation

• Background checks must be updated annually and include nationwide and sex offender searches
• Annual verification of certifications and licenses required
• Facility-specific training and quizzes may be required depending on unit assignment
• Religious and medical exemption forms for flu vaccination must be submitted prior to deadlines
