Job Description

Serve as a Stroke Coordinator to assist with survey readiness.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per day (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM).
No floating, on-call, or weekend requirements.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
Minimum 2 years of Skilled Nursing experience, including experience within the last year.
Stroke Coordinator experience.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
