Job Overview

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in New York
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
• All required certifications must be active at the time of submission

Compliance and Pre-Start Requirements

• Facility-required compliance items, including CEUs and pre-start training modules, must be completed before the start date
• All compliance items must be completed by Tuesday at noon the week prior to start, or the start will be pushed to the following week
• Unexpired government-issued photo ID
• Background check covering all locations lived, worked, or attended school for the past 7 years
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check
• HHS/OIG check
• Orientation safety manual acknowledgement
• Facility code of conduct acknowledgement
• Patient abuse reporting acknowledgement
• Confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement
• Orientation packet, self-study quiz, and acknowledgements
• Automated dispensing cabinet security acknowledgement for access
• Annual tuberculosis screening questionnaire
• Full physical exam within 12 months of start
• Fit test within 12 months of start
• Tdap within the last 10 years or declination
• TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• Measles and rubella immunity documentation
• Mumps immunity status documentation
• Hepatitis B documentation
• Varicella documentation
• 9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccine or declination during flu season
• COVID vaccine records or declination
• 2 professional references within 3 years of hire
• Skills checklist
