Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Work schedule: 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
- Perform duties as a Cath Lab Tech including scrubbing and circulating
- Required skills:
- Diagnostic Right and Left Heart Catheterization
- Interventional Catheterization
- Rotablator use
- Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP)
- Closure Devices
- Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
- Sterile procedure and equipment setup
- Patient population: Middle Adult to Geriatrics
Required Qualifications
- Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Florida
- Minimum 1 year recent Cath Lab Technologist experience
- Certification: ARRT or RCIS required
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications issued by the American Heart Association
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system
- Diagnostic right and left heart catheterization experience
- Interventional catheterization experience
- Rotablator experience
- Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) experience
- Closure devices experience
- Experience interpreting and managing dysrhythmias
- Sterile procedure experience
