Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Position

Location: Guthrie, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Travel
Shift: Days (5x8)
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Weekend Hours: None
Call Requirements: None

Job Description

Treat both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Patient diagnoses may include neurological or orthopedic conditions; wound care may also be involved.
Patient population primarily medical.
Must be able to work under limited supervision and make rational, logical decisions based on physician consultation, lab results, and patient assessment.

Contract Length

13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, including experience within the last year
BLS certification
Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings

Electronic Medical Record system used: EPIC
Dress code: Black scrubs
No float or call requirements
