Job Opportunity: Surgical Tech (OR Tech)
Location: Los Angeles, California
Position Details
- Specialty: OR Tech (Surgical Tech)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift Details:
- 12-hour shifts with variable start times between 6:30 AM and 9:00 AM
- Call schedule is variable, approximately 1x per week
- Call hours: 8 hours (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM weekdays) and 8 hours on weekends
- One of three shifts available: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an OR Tech
- Active BLS Certification
- Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification via NBSTSA
- Experience with trauma, ortho, vascular, and general surgery cases
- Call required every other week (EOW)
