Assignment Overview

• Interventional Radiology in Phoenix, Arizona
• 13-week contract
• Day shift
• 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week
• Unit: Interventional Radiology
• Unit size: 2 general IR suites, 1 Spine IR room, and 2 neuro endo suites
• Cases per day: 5–10
• Weekends: possibly some Saturdays
• Call: none
• Floating: none outside of Radiology

Required Qualifications

• ARRT (R)
• Arizona MRTBE-CRT license
• BLS certification
• 2 years of core experience in the specialty being submitted to
• Level I trauma experience
• Level I experience
• Teaching experience
• Cerner EMR experience
• Must have their own vehicle if traveling as part of a team

Preferred

• VI certificate
• Scrub experience
• Neuro experience, if possible

Additional Notes

• Cannot work another assignment/contract while working for Dignity AZ
• Must have been gone from CommonSpirit for 12 months as perm staff to be considered for a travel assignment
• No facial piercings and only natural hair colors
• Onboarding must be complete by 1 pm CST Wednesday before start
• Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam is required for certain units before acceptance
• Travelers may be expected to have nursing students, as this is a teaching hospital
